The giving arm of CompanyStore.io

Where leftover
becomes plenty.

Your event is over — but the surplus merch doesn't have to end up in landfill. CompanyStore collects what's left and routes it to vetted charities, so usable goods reach people who need them.

The problem

Companies order merch for the moment. The surplus outlives it.

After the event, surplus stock sits in offices, gets binned, or wastes away — and the client has no easy channel to give it a second life.

Fate 01

It sits

Boxes pile up in storerooms and under desks, taking space and going stale.

Fate 02

It's binned

Perfectly usable goods are thrown out just to clear the clutter.

Fate 03

It's wasted

Value that could reach people in need quietly disappears.

The solution

We give leftover merch a second life.

Loaves and Fish is the giving arm of CompanyStore.io. Clients with leftover event merch request a donation. We collect it and distribute it to vetted charities under one banner — so usable goods reach the poor and needy instead of landfill.

How branding works

Three lanes. One clear path to impact.

Branding is the constraint that makes or breaks surplus recovery. We design around it from day one, so a client's logo never appears in an uncontrolled context without explicit sign-off.

Lane 1 — Easiest

Unbranded surplus

Blank or unbranded overruns. Redistributed as-is with no approval friction — the fastest path to community impact.

Lane 2 — Opt-in

Branded, client-approved

Many clients sign off readily — the social-impact story becomes theirs to tell. A deliberate, documented choice on their part.

Lane 3 — Debranded

Logo removed

Where a brand declines logo exposure, we remove tags and labels in-house. Goods then flow into Lane 1 with no brand risk.

How it works

Five steps from surplus to impact.

01

Collect

Reverse logistics from client warehouses or our own. We already move goods at scale — this is the same capability, pointed the other way.

02

Sort & QC

Categorise by product, condition, and branding lane. Our existing QC process determines what is fit for a second life.

03

Debrand

Remove tags, labels, and logos for any goods where the client has not approved branded distribution. Goods then enter Lane 1.

04

Distribute

Hand off to vetted NGO and community partners who own honest, verifiable last-mile delivery.

05

Verify & Report

Photographic proof-of-delivery and an impact summary returned to the client — the documentation that lets them tell the story.

The journey

Surplus to impact, step by step.

Why it works

Practical for the client. Natural for us.

What the client gets

  • Dead inventory cleared without disposal cost, storage fees, or the guilt of sending usable goods to landfill.
  • A ready-made ESG record — diversion from landfill plus measurable social impact, documented per collection.
  • Proof, not claims — photographic proof-of-delivery they can actually put in a sustainability report.
  • One partner resolving an operational headache and a CSR objective in the same motion.

What CompanyStore brings

  • Warehouse and QC capability already built — no new infrastructure required to run this.
  • Reverse-logistics reach as a natural extension of what we do at scale every day.
  • Brand-control discipline — the same care we apply to every branded order, applied to every exit.
  • Vetted community partners for trustworthy, verifiable last-mile distribution.
Why CompanyStore.io

We're the only one who can close the loop.

We are already the merchandise supplier. We hold the client relationship, the logistics, and the charity network — so we close a loop no one else can.

Relationship+ Logistics+ Charity network = a closed loop
The story

Five loaves and two fish fed thousands — and twelve baskets of fragments were gathered up so that nothing was lost.

Surplus becomes provision. Leftover becomes plenty.

A note on CSR & tax: the social-impact story is strong and can be pitched with confidence. How in-kind donations are treated for CSR-spend and tax purposes under Indian law is nuanced — confirm specifics with a chartered accountant before any compliance or tax claims are made to clients.

No commitment — we'll confirm details before scheduling.
